PADI (professional Association of Diving Instructors), ACUC (American Canadian Underwater Certifications) and BSAC (British Sub Aqua Club) are all internationally recognised organisations which design and deliver accredited diver training. ALL of the dive centres and schools used by The Scuba Place offer at least one of these governing bodies' programmes and adhere to the necessary standards. Many of our centres are nominated as 5* schools, and are international award winners in their own right.

Children can get involved with scuba diving as well, with some unique course for them to enjoy as soon as they reach the age of eight years old. Courses include the Discover Scuba Diving, Bubblemaker and the Seal Team.
