InselAir Offers Flights between U.S. and Bonaire - the Caribbean's favourite scuba diving destination

Divers planning scuba diving holidays to the Caribbean island of Bonaire will have another transport option to choose from as InselAir provides services from Miami, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina. The airline also allows divers to have an extra 10kg weight allowance completely free of charge so they can transport their scuba diving equipment to and from their destinations.

InselAir, a Pan American airline, now offers routes to many Latin America and Caribbean destinations including a service between Miami, Florida and Charlotte North Carolina to the Caribbean island of Bonaire.

The airline will soon be transporting thousands of tourists from the U.S. going on scuba diving holidays to the popular Caribbean diving destination and passengers will also receive an extra 10kg of weight allowance so they can transport their scuba diving gear.

Bonaire is one of the leading scuba diving destinations in the world thanks to its vibrant coral reef that surrounds the island and its collection of diving sites that are perfect for scuba diving and snorkelling enthusiasts. The entire coastline has been declared as a marine sanctuary to preserve the fragile reef and its magnificent marine creatures that include sea turtles, eagle rays, sea horses, whale sharks, dolphins, manta rays and thousands of colourful tropical fish.

Located in the southern Caribbean 30 miles from Curacao, the Caribbean island was recently voted as the best scuba diving destination in the Readers’ Choice Awards for Scuba Diving magazine for the tenth year in a row.

The Curacao-based airline has a special offer for large groups taking scuba diving holidays to Bonaire with the 16th person receiving his or her ticket free of charge.

While scuba diving in Bonaire, divers can explore the colourful reefs in crystal clear, warm ocean waters and visit a total 86 diving sites including 1,000 Steps and La Dania’ Leap.

The destination is fantastic for divers of all ages and abilities and the island is a great place for family diving holidays, romantic honeymoons and scuba diving adventures.

InselAir has also announced that it will be increasing its flights between Bonaire, Aruba and Curacao to seven services a day from 12th September, 2012. The new flights will allow tourists to enjoy easy access to some other fantastic Caribbean diving destinations.
The airline currently offers 46 flights a day to 16 destinations including Bonaire, Aruba, Curacao, Jamaica, St Maarten, Haiti, Trinidad, Puerto Rico in the Caribbean; Miami and Charlotte in the USA; Medellin in Colombia; Paramaribo in Suriname, South America; and Caracas, Barquisimeto, Las Piedras and Valencia in Venezuela.
